What data do we process and for what purpose?

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, phone number, subject, and message) in order to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage our services, manage the service requested (advice on buying and selling, mortgage debt management, tourist licences, or others). We do not collect special category data or make automated decisions about you.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box accepting this policy when submitting the form, and, where applicable, the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual measures necessary to provide you with the requested service.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as there is an ongoing relationship or mutual interest and, subsequently, for the legal limitation periods applicable to tax and commercial liability, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

Who receives your data?

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or where necessary to provide the contracted service (for example, notaries, gestorías, or financial institutions involved in your transaction), and always with your knowledge.

What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to info@investmentsinspain.com, attaching a copy of your ID/NIE/passport. If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
